Refund Policy for Instructor-Led Training and E-Learning Courses
At Convisor Solutions Inc, we value your satisfaction with our training programs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:
1. Refund Request Period:
Customers can request a refund within 2 days of the course purchase date.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Refund:
Refunds are void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the course content.
Attending Online Classrooms or receiving recordings for more than 1 day voids the money back guarantee.
If a user downloads the E-Book for the course, the money back guarantee will be void.
3. Refund Exclusions:
Any refund request made beyond 2 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted.
No refund will be provided for requests falling outside the 2-day refund window.
4. How to Request a Refund:
